実験モデルの特長

血液を含まない晶質液で心臓のみを灌流する。
神経系、血管系、他臓器の影響を排除できる。
左心室機能、冠循環、心筋代謝について研究できる。
心筋のカルシウム動態、スーパーオキサイド発生量、サイトカイン産生量などが測定可能
